THE ISLANDS

Capri, ”the blue island”, is one of the most desired destinations of international tourism; it is considered the natural continuation of the Sorrento coast. The island is a combination of art, nature, culture and ‘jet set life’ and there are few places in the world that can rival the beauty of its sea and landscape colours.

Procida, Ischia and the little island of Vivara constitute an archipelago considered the continuation of the Phlegraean Fields. On Procida, probably because it is quite small you can feel that it is an island - a life surrounded by a transparent, ‘uncrowded’ sea that is tied to seafaring tradition.

Ischia, also called “the green island”, is the ideal destination for those who prefer a more lively holiday: for example the seafront of Ischia Port is just the place for the fashionable world. However there are also many quiet and peaceful places to explore inland and in the coves along the coast.
